The Coaching Enhancement Camp officially begins in Laamu Fonadhoo from 14–22 May 2026 as the third activity of the Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities Project under the Pension Office Grant Cycle 2025.

This important initiative aims to strengthen community sports development by equipping participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to become basic football coaches capable of developing grassroots football players within their islands and communities.

A total of 19 participants, including 3 female participants, will take part in the camp, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable pathway for football development in the Maldives.

Through leadership sessions, coaching education, and practical learning experiences, the camp will empower participants to create positive sporting environments and nurture the next generation of young athletes.
